Promise

Our Promise is: “Taking Know-How to Market”. A significant percentage of MSMEs have the technical know-how, in their respective areas of business (be it manufacturing, services, or high-technology), but suffer from a lack of marketing nous. This lacuna may extend right from the needs analysis stage to the product conceptualization/design stage, at one extreme; to, planning marketing strategy or just executing marketing strategy, at the other extreme.

Consequently, we focus on four categories of marketing lacunae within client organisations:

  1. Manufacturing capability/technical skills exist; but the organisation needs to know what market to address, the type of product to design/configure, and how to market
  2. Manufacturing capability/technical skills exist, as does the product; and the organisation needs to know how to address the market
  3. Manufacturing capability/technical skills exist, as does the product, as well as a marketing strategy; and the organisation only requires assistance in executing marketing strategy
  4. Assistance in reviewing the customer acquisition and customer retention processes of the organisation
