Marketing Strategy

We provide assistance in formulating and implementing marketing strategy. Typically, the formulation activity is a round-table, iterative process held with the business heads of the client organisation; and, depending on the level of detail required, can vary in terms of the duration of the activity. Implementation can be contracted to us, wherein we participate either in an advisory role (review of activities and milestones, analysing metrics, suggesting course corrections); or in an executor role (owning responsibility for the success/failure of the strategy). Actual execution, though, will still take place through the client organisation’s sales and marketing teams.
